My little girl loves this. But then why wouldn’t she… It’s like sherbet in a glass!
A Vit C packed taste sensation; the tarty, citrusy, zingy flavours of the apples, lemons and limes are balanced out by the sherbet-like taste of baobab.

Crabtree Farm tips
Don’t use any variety of apples! Granny Smith is the only type for this recipe… it has a sherbet-like taste that helps bring it all together.
