The Hulk is a simple, zingy nutritious combination of fresh leafy greens and flavourful fruit.

If your kids won’t eat their greens, maybe they’d drink them, and grow up big and strong like the smoothie’s namesake.

Ingredients


SERVES: 2 adults & 2 children

TIME: 5 min / 4 min hands-on > quick blend

AGE: 8 months upwards

STEP 1
300 ml
apple juice
2
kiwis, peeled and roughly chopped
2
broccoli florets
A small
handful spinach
1 leaf
swiss chard, cavolo nero or small handful of salad leaves - whatever you have in the fridge
A small
handful of mint leaves
A small
handful of mixed seeds and/or nuts
1/4 lime
roughly peeled
1
ice cube

How to make it

BLEND AWAY

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
Add more apple juice or water if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
Kiwi and lime add the zing, so experiment with the quantities to get to the zing level you like.

TO FINISH

Pour into a glass, or bottle up and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
