Ingredients

large pineapple, roughly peeled

carrots

oranges

apples
1
small beetroot
2
thumbs of ginger, roughly peeled
1/2
lemon, roughly peeled
How to make it
JUICE AWAY
Juice all the ingredients.
This recipe makes 2 litres (lots!), so juice and mix the liquids.
TO FINISH
Serve over ice or bottle up and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Any variety of apple will do, but for our gang, the Jazz is the one… it has a hint of pear taste that helps bring it all together.
