Rich & Source of Nutritional Benefits

Smoothies like this one are a great way of introducing all sorts of important probiotic-rich foods into your morning routine; the sweetness of the berries makes the slightly sour taste of the probiotic or cultured kefir base a little more taste bud friendly, especially for little ones.
